The 8th Annual
Akron Pet Expo
was a great success!!
81 pets were adopted....
a NEW RECORD for our show. Nearly
4500 people attended. We had 43 shelters
and 41 vendors.
The 2009 Pet Expo is history.
It was a beautiful sunny day on Saturday June 6th
at Hardesty Park.
Fox 8's Dick Goddard was special guest and signed
shirts, pictures and other paraphenalia.
TK O'Grady, Program Director and midday host
on WONE adopted a dog!
Just a great event for
the benefit of our area animal shelters.
Mark your calendars for the 9th annual show
which will be Saturday June 5, 2010.
