A week long stay in our pet resort for 2
pets to include a luxury suite, with extra
playtime and brushing daily, plus a bath and nail trim before release.
You may enter one pet per month into the Cutest Pet contest. The
general public is invited to vote for the cutest
pet each month. Monthly prizes will be awarded
to the pet with the most votes beginning on the
first day of each month and ending on the last.
Winners from each month will be posted on the
home page and will compete for the cutest pet at
the end of 12 months. Only one pet per account per month may be entered. Winning pets will be excluded from subsequent months. Contest not open to employees or immediate family members of the Rubber City Radio Group.

Contest Rules
GENERAL CONTEST REGULATIONS:
One individual from a household may win a prize once every 30 days from any entity operated by The Rubber City Radio Group. This includes, but is not limited to WAKR, WONE-FM, WQMX, any of their related websites, or AkronNewsNow.com. Persons from households where someone has won a prize valued at $500 or more shall be ineligible to win any other prize for a period on one year. In most cases, you will be asked to come to the station to claim your prize. No purchase is necessary to enter or win any Contest. We will need a photo ID such as your driver's license.
Anyone may win one of our games except employees (or their immediate family members) of The Rubber City Radio Group, Inc., or any Advertising Agency connected with Rubber City Radio Group or any advertiser (or Agency representing said advertiser) connected with the prize, contest or giveaway. The Rubber City Radio group, or the Sponsor will file a IRS Form 1099 on any prize given in excess of $500 value. Winners will be required to sign a receipt acknowledging that they have won the prize and that it was received.

plus a complimentary office exam for your pet at
the Akron-Medina Veterary Hospital.

The Grand Prize, which shall be awarded at the
end of the contest will be a
Pet Vacation at AM Total Pet Care: up to 7
nights for 2 pets in the Luxury Suite, daily
brushing and extra playtime, plus a bath and
nail trim. All expenses not specifically
mentioned in this prize description as being
included are excluded. By
accepting the grand prize, winners release the
sponsors from any and all liability for any
loses, injuries or expenses or any kind of
(including, without limitation, property damage,
personal injury and or death) resulting from
participation in the contest including
acceptance of prize.
Winners of large prizes will be required to sign a release giving us permission to use their name, likeness
and recorded voice to promote the awarding of the prize, and to acknowledge the probable tax liability, and avowing that they have complied with all of the contest rules and have won the game fairly. In every game, the judges will be appointed by Rubber City Radio Group. The decisions made by our judges shall be final.
In the event, the rules of any contest or game must be changed while the game is in progress, an announcement shall be made on the sponsoring station or website, on the day the change is to take effect, at approximately 7:12am. It will also be posted to the applicable website and available at the reception desk at our offices, 1795 West Market Street, Akron, OH 44313.
The Cutest Pet Contest will begin April 1st, 2010 and end May 31st, 2011 however Rubber City Radio Group reserves the right to terminate the game at any time. Your chance of winning this game will depend on the number of persons participating in the game. There will be no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for any prize, for any reason, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal value due to prize unavailability.

"Cutest Pet of the Year" will be voted upon from the winners
of each "Cutest Pet of the Month" contest beginning April 1st 2011,
ending June 1st 2011. The same voting
and eligibility rules from the "Cutest Pet of the Month" will
apply. The winner of the "Cutest Pet of the Year" will be
announced at the 2011 WAKR/WONE/WQMX Pet Expo.
This contest is limited individuals at least 18 years of age. The grand prize winner will be required to sign a release as described above on this page. Winners will be required to execute and notarize an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If for any reason the contest cannot run as planned, Rubber City radio Group reserves the right to cancel/modify/suspend the contest and conduct drawing from all salvageable entries received. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with game will be ineligible for a prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. By entering the game, you agree to be bound by these rules (as they exist and as they may be amended.)

Monthly winners will be selected by popular vote by users of the website. Any pet selected by the voters may not be re-entered in subsequent months. The monthly winners will be invited to participate in the Pet of the Year contest which will be held during May 2011.
